Call for Papers

The 8th International Conference on Robotics in Education 2017 will offer the latest results in the fields of research and development in Educational Robotics as well as new applications, the latest products, systems and components for using robotics in schools, in universities and in informal education.

The RiE is thus the framework for providing best research and practices in Educational Robotics, while addressing schematically two complementary kinds of contributions: on the one side on technical aspects and on the other side on matters of pedagogy.

Application may be considered here for the whole educative range, from elementary school to high school, college, university and beyond, for continuing education and possibly outreach and workforce development. A particular place is given to robotic contests.

The call is made for regular papers and short papers with posters.

Students (undergraduate, graduate, Ph. D.) are also encouraged to submit quality papers. As there has been only one registration for “Best student paper”, the award is changed to a general “Best Paper Award” for which all accepted regular papers are considered.
